Working with horses is really about working with energy, and learning how to communicate with the horses nonverbally (and understand their cues and energy as well).
At Gaitway Inc, our programs teach the girls how to understand how horses communicate with their own bodies and energy, as well as how to communicate WITH the horses using their own bodies and energy. This helps build many useful lifelong skills, such as interpersonal communication, self- awareness, and emotion regulation.
